This is what I use (with zsh):
yt-audio() {
yt-dlp --no-playlist -f 'ba' -x --audio-format mp3 $1

yt-audio-playlist() {
yt-dlp -f 'ba' -x --audio-format mp3 $1
}
It takes the best quality available and downloads it to mp3.
I do exactly this for downloading music, I aliased my preferred options to ‘yt-audio’
+1, displaying in a Emacs buffer solves any issues I could have. If you’re already ‘in’ Emacs, this will be more frictionless than shell scripts around man

Yes. I suppose it would also have a sort of utility if it was mass adopted and therefore practically spendable for the average person, but I would argue that there is no inherent utility to Bitcoin.
BTC is solely a mode of investment, it offers no real benefits over fiat except decentralization. At least XMR is as or even more anonymous than cash, whereas Bitcoin has zero utility.
When they lose that money they are going to create a very big political problem for the rest of us.

orderless achieves the same sort of thing in emacs, but I also use an fzf zsh alias to see my shell history all the time!
alias hf="history -100 | fzf"

It really is amazing for programming. I gave VS Code(ium) a chance as I hadnt used it in a while, and it feels like a frustrating black box compared to Emacs.
My favorite feature is Emacs being entirely self documenting, it makes it SO much easier to troubleshoot issues, make refinements, or just understand what’s going on in your environment.
Orginally I used Doom Emacs, but, although being wonderful to work in, wasn’t as easily understandable to me. I recommend anyone wanting to start an vanilla Emacs config starts here.
Exemplary youtube playlist by System Crafters that makes creating your emacs config from scratch not only more palatable, but arguably trivial. (At least up to the point he goes in the series).

True, but I think its more that the United State’s version of capitalism lacks safeguards against corporations influencing government regulation, and that leads to unsustainability.
Although I suppose the same could be said about social media, except the corporation in control would have no incentive to curb their own control.
The business model has always been unsustainable and plain stupid, imo.
Asusctl itself provides a GUI called rog-control-center, but I understand you mean cli user across linux itself
