Sure, but why? PeerTube already exists and it isn’t like there are length limits.
Totally unbodacious
That model seems to be around $250-$300
Edit, it is $200
Ah, the Dashboard Confessional special.
I was seriously tempted multiple times. Does gently closing and opening it many times count?
This actually makes a tremendous amount of sense! I’ve heard one fan struggle for some time but never saw the temps get serious. Maybe they did and I didn’t notice it! I’m going to do as suggested with essentially banging it around once I get brave enough. Thanks a lot for the suggestions.
Thanks a lot for the link! I was browsing Amazon and they all had questionable specs.
Just used it =/
No problems on external monitor. Only the built-in has issues. I would like to be able to take it places. The issue is so intermittent that I can’t chase it down to one cause. I haven’t tried a live usb yet - I will do so as soon as I can.
Yeah. I have an external. I was just hoping that this community might be able to find something I couldn’t. Best I have is that screenshot with the model number.
I’d prefer a large series of interlacing lines at a specific refresh rate. I posted here because I thought there would be a high percentage of people that could maybe diagnose the issue. I don’t think there is something like /c/laptopgore here.
This is a weird problem. I’m going to open it up this weekend. For about a year it has seemingly randomly done this. Opening and closing the lid doesn’t seem to be the problem because I left it open for a couple of years with no issue. I posted here in hopes that there might have been a driver issue along the way. I’ll poke around and see if I can see a hardware issue.
Thanks. In this instance, though, I would find a GUI very helpful to quickly spot the offending directories.
Thanks. I’ll check this out when I get back to my PC. Also, I likely already had this installed. I’m an idiot.
Also, valves don’t make steak.
Nope, but Valve sure did release Steam. It still works.
I believe that this, particularly, is why many fast food restaurants are closing way earlier than they did several years ago. No, it isn’t because of the pandemic. It’s because someone (Gen Z) finally got fed up with the bullshit of managers dictating when they can work as opposed to a fixed schedule. No, no one should ever have to bear the burden of “picking up a shift” - that’s just shitty management and has been for around 60 years. We’ve all just bowed our heads and accepted that we need a job. Gen Z said, collectively, “Wait, what?” and the world will be better for it. Under no circumstance should someone ever be forced to work 2nd shift one day and early mornings the next.
I have my doubts about this being easy, since the other necessary function of headlights is being seen.
AutoCAD does need to die, but there absolutely is no real substitute for MasterCAM. I have a windows PC just for running that software, because nothing comes even kinda close. That license is expensive though, holy shit.
